Mud Puddles, Soccer, and School!

The other day Mya decided she had finally had enough and this is how I found her. I sat her down and she folded up and went to sleep. I felt so bad:( I quickly swept her up and put her in her crib were she could sleep comfortably. It reminded of her being in my belly all folded up.

As many of you know we recently moved into a new home and now we have a dirt backyard. We miss our grass!! So Kaden and I were bored and decided we needed to make our new backyard fun even though it is just dirt. So we came up with the idea of making a big mud puddle in the middle of it! It was so much fun and now that is all he wants to do is play in the MUD!

Painting his belly button.

Branded with Mud!

Kaden is playing 3-4 year old soccer this fall and he is the youngest one on the team. It is fun to watch!!

Kaden getting ready for his first game!

He had a hard time with the concept that he was suppose to steal the ball from the other team, after his mom has been after him to share. There were a few tears shed, but all in all I think he is having a good time.

My little #4!

Ready, Set, Go!!

This was his expression after the game!

Kaden and his new friend Seth learning how to say the pledge.

Kaden and his teacher Ms. Amy. She is so much fun and creative.

Getting ready for his first day!

Kaden has now been in preschool for two weeks and just loves it! Mommy loves it too because it gives her time to go grocery shopping without little hands helping and it takes her half of the time! It is also a great time for one on one with baby Mya.

The 24th of July & Kadens Birthday

This past 24th of July my mom and I took a road trip to St. George and then up North to Richfield to celebrate my Grandmas 75th Birthday with family and friends. It was quite an adventure with a 3 year old who is potty training, and 6 month old. It was great to spend some one on one time with my mom. We had a lot of fun!!

Grandma Anna's 75th Birthday! She is such a great person. If I can be half the person she is I will be happy. She is a great grandma, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to everyone. She bottles the best pickles and she is a wonderful cook too. I love you!!

My silly little Kaden putting the soccer ball box on his head. He is getting ready to start soccer this fall it should be quite entertaining!!

Mya at six months old can now crawl, sit up without support, and pull herself up. Please someone help!! Its payback time I guess!!

Happy Birthday to my Kaden. Three years old! I attempted to make him some type of face pancakes for his birthday he loved them.. thankfully!!

Playing with his birthday toy we let him pick out at Toys R Us. It is a fire station and truck. The boy loves his trucks!

Blowing out the candles and acting shy.... he just wanted the cake!. I cant believe I have a three year old I swear it was yesterday that he was a little baby that kept me company while I studied for school. He was the best baby and he is so much fun to have around. He says the funniest things and we are learning we have to watch what we say. We love you Kaden! Happy Birthday!

Summertime Fun

For the fourth of July we had the opportunity to spend it with Brents Family up in Cedar Mountains. We spent a lot of time playing games, biking, hiking, fishing, and just hanging around the camp fire. It was so beautiful up there I miss it already. It was so nice to get out of the heat for a few days. I wish we could go back there it is way hot in Phoenix right now!!
This is our cute little Mya hanging out in her little camp chair. She is a real trooper. She hardly cries and was a gret little camper!

Kaden trying to look cool like his dad while getting ready for bed one night.

Max especially liked being up in the mountains. He got to swim in Navajo lake and retrieve sticks that we had thrown. He is such a good dog.

Kaden and Momma Ju balancing on the big tree trunk. Momma Ju celebrated her golden birthday on the Fourth of July! She looks so great!!

The Girls of the camp.

The real fisherman of the family. Kaden caught two fish in Navajo Lake.

Say "cheese"

Kaden and Papa Lee best pals.

Kaden's fish. He is not too sure about the fish getting that close to him. He likes to reel them in but let them go back in the lake.

Living the Crazy Life!!

I keep telling myself that I am going to be better at this blogging thing now that I am done with school but that has yet to be the case. Sorry!! Since my last blog we have gone on vacation to Mexico, Utah, and moved into a new home! Life has been very busy with moving and selling and chasing two kids around. Well sort of two. Mya is on her way to crawling and Kaden is potty training. It has been very eventful around here to say the least. Mya watches every movement of her brother. She is growing up way too fast. I wish she would just be my snuggle bug but she has other things in mind. She is now five months and Kaden is almost three. Here are some pictures of some of the latest happenings. Since it has been almost two months since the last post I have lots of pictures!! I will be posting our Utah trip in the next day or so.

Our new home!! We feel so blessed to find a home that better fits our needs with our growing family and Brent working from home. We have room to grow and are excited to make new memories with our family here.

Mya and I cooling off in the pool.

The view from our condo into the Sea of Cortez.

The two trouble makers Kaden and Kameron. They are best buddies/cousins.

Deep Sea fishing at four months old!!

Brent catching a Dorado or Mahi Mahi depending on where you are from. Weighing in at 51 pounds and 58 inches long. He was so excited, it was fun to watch him real it in.

Me catching a rooster fish. These are the neatest fish and fun to catch. These guys you let go back into the sea. They are not good for eatin just fun to catch.

Kaden fishing with daddy, he had a hard time sitting still but got excited when daddy caught the big one.

Me, Jim, and Brent caught these Jack Caravell fish they were in a school and we each reeled one in they were strong little buggers we released these ones too.

Brent had his birthday in Mexico and we had a fish fry and ate Key Lime Pie his favorite. Happy Birthday honey we love you so much. You are a great husband, and father to our beautiful children.

The last day we spent in Cabo on a Catamaran and went snorkeling and kayaking it was a lot of fun!

Slacker Mom!!

Yeah I know I have been a slacker Mom with the blog lately. We have had a lot going on. I am finally finished with school and can be a full time Mommy. I am so excited to spend more quality time with everyone in my family. Here are some pictures Brent and I took of the kids. It was nap time for Kaden so we will do his again but they turned out pretty cute of Mya. This is my first attempt in photography....hopefully they will get better!
